humanAI is an independent informational guide to keeping people in the loop on AI — the AI Act, human oversight, and augmentation rather than automation. Articles are journalism and education; they are not legal, compliance or investment advice. Before you act, confirm how a rule applies to your own situation with a qualified professional.
Terms of use
This is a free editorial service under Polish law, including the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Art. 8) — no account, payment or registration is required to read it. If you contact us by email, the resulting exchange is formed when you send your message and completed once we reply; no further steps or costs apply. Submitting unlawful content is not permitted. We may take the site offline temporarily for maintenance or issues at our hosting provider. Complaints about how the site works can be sent to hello@humanai.business, describing the issue and the page it relates to — we reply within 14 days.

Privacy & data (GDPR)
The controller for personal data processed in connection with this site is Marek Adamczyk, reachable at hello@humanai.business. This site displays no advertising. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps to improve usability; Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited / Microsoft Corporation, a US entity) with Consent Mode v2: analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM) are not set by default and only start running after you actively give consent in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and any already present are cleared. As of 14 July 2026 we have enabled Google Signals in GA4: if you consent and are signed in to a Google account in the same browser, Google may associate your visits here with your activity on other devices and Google services, enabling cross-device reporting and feeding Google’s advertising features (remarketing audiences, interest-based ads) even though this site displays no ads itself; you can control this in your Google Account (Ad Settings, myadcenter.google.com). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "cookie settings" link in the footer. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we process your address and message only to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering. Standard technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) may be retained by the hosting/CDN provider for security and operations. Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Rules on AI move quickly. Information here — including dates, thresholds and obligations under the EU AI Act — is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the day each article is published or updated, and may change afterwards. Treat it as a starting point and verify the current wording at primary sources such as EUR-Lex and your national authority before relying on it.
